I’m posting this for my brother, he is currently incarcerated at Swain County Jail awaiting the very strong possibility of being released. He can go into detail about that! He is looking for a female to communicate with and to talk to. He doesn’t want any financial assistance or support from you he is good on that end. He genuinely wants to talk to you and get to know you. He isn’t your typical guy in jail that’s going to give you the prison talk but he will give real conversation and be genuine. Maybe this turns into a friendship or more he is open to either. His only requirement is that you are a true female. They use NCIC as a communication platform.
