I’m that fitness trainer who can make you love squats and then calmly share a slice of cake with you. Yes, I love cake. Oh my God, yes. And no, I don’t see any contradiction in that. I’m friendly, easy-going, calm, neat, and warm-hearted. I always say that the source of joy and love is always within you, that you experience love on the outside only because it’s within you.
