Hello,
After more than 30 years of incarceration, I feel like I’m entering an entirely new chapter of my life. With God’s guidance, I’m hoping to meet a genuine woman who is open to friendship, companionship, meaningful conversation, and perhaps seeing where a connection might lead.

My name is Anthony Powell. I’m 57 years old, a strong Black man, and I’ve spent more than half my life incarcerated. Through those years, my faith has become an important part of who I am. I’m grateful for God’s grace, and I try to live each day with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

I’ve learned not to take the little things for granted. I enjoy good conversation, learning new things, exchanging ideas, and hearing about other people’s experiences. Even after everything I’ve been through, I believe there is still plenty of life ahead of me and plenty left to discover.

Philippians 1:21 has been especially meaningful to me: “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.” My faith has helped me keep moving forward and believe that my past does not have to define my future.

At this point in my life, I’m simply hoping to meet someone genuine—someone kindhearted, open-minded, and comfortable having honest conversations. I’d like to get to know a woman as a person: her interests, her sense of humor, the things she enjoys, the dreams she has, and what matters to her.

I’m not expecting anything to happen overnight. Sometimes the best relationships begin with nothing more than two people being willing to talk and get to know each other.

So if you’re looking for a sincere friendship, good conversation, a little laughter, and someone who will appreciate hearing from you, I’d be happy to hear your story.

Until then, I’ll be praying for us both.

Anthony Powell
